Regarding Moto M mobile from Shopclues

I bought MOTO M Mobile ID NO:123420500 on shopcules but it very heating I requested to return product on 30 August 2017 within 10 day return time but 30 August 2017 they are not accept return request within time. Present they are showing return request on 1 September 2017 . They are cheaply cheating me without accepting my return request. So please refund my money.
