Regarding MTS billing

I purchased mts data card on 19th jul for Rs 1299 through mts online store. My mts no is 84xxxxxxx3. For the first few days it went well but after 15 days I had a mail from mts that I have an undue amount of Rs 2260 to be paid. As i was a first time customer I complained mts regarding it but they they said that the amount is due for my alternate mob no 8287941600. I mailed to the mts appellate authority several times but they never resolved my issue. I told them that i have bought the sim recently but they harassed me everytime for a remaining payment of Rs 662 which they want me to pay, I said them start my connection and I will pay it to you. I mailed and called several times but I never got a satisfactory answer.

Now they are nor even recieving my calls.I have got a legal notice on mail from mts to pay the bills.What should I do. Please reply me at the earliest.
