I am facing network related issue since the day i got the dongle from MTS. I have raised multiple complaints yet I dont get a positive response. The customer service team is not bothered to resolve my issue and they in fact show negligence in handling my complaint.

I am unable to use the service since last 20 days. Speed of 3G dongles is varying between 0 kbps to 150 kbps. In fact i had mailed the concern to the CEO and the email ID seems to be incorrect. Nodal desk is not even bothered to revert on my mail. Please check if someone can help me resolve the issue.
