I bought my activa on 16/04/2014. I opted for 3 years of extended warranty. I got some problem with my activa’s crank. Raam Honda balanagar guys suggested me to replace it. I asked for warranty, they said that ” u didn’t done ur 4 free services. But there after ur service history is excellent. But still u don’t get warranty.” After this conversation I called to Honda customer service @18001033434, they disconnecting my call which I have a recorded file. They not even listening to me.
