Regarding my complaint about Moto service centre

I bought Moto G5 Plus mobile on March 23rd 2017. I had a mic problem on October 14,2017. I went to service centre on October 15,2017 namely Planet N in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. They said within 2 days we will clear ur problem and give it back. After 2 days I went to customer care and they simply said u have a display problem and not giving proper response and said come back after 10 days. After 10 days I went to customer care they are simply telling ur mobile is not ready. Spare is not reached till now and not giving proper response till now. Service centre employees are not treating customers properly. So please I request you to take action against the Motorola company and service centre for my good condition mobile to a damaged condition and i request to give new mobile
