I am writing this complaint against a cable operator (Sunshine Cable Network) which is located in #355, 11th Main, Srinivasanagar, Bangalore-560050 Karnataka.
I have requested the owner of Sunshine cable network for a new connection but he is refusing to offer a new connection. We spoke to them for 14 times for a new connection and finally they stopped taking calls.
Whenever we spoke he said “I am coming” and he had us to wait for 3 days. It is very frustrating to have this type of cable operator in our area and as per the existing customers service is not up to the mark and he does not reply to the complaints.
Through this complaint I am requesting you to please look into this issue and any one can contact me at any point of time for any help regarding this issue ans do the needful.
