Regarding new dth connection from Reliance Big TV

As mentioned on official site and got message regarding new dth connection prebook offer from reliance big tv. On 1 march 2018 i prebook my dth connection.From reliance big tv official web site. In this offer they commit installation with in 30 to 45 days. But now the dead line is completed and their is no installation.. And customer care number is also deactivated…. I attached sms which i recieved and site screen shot.
