Regarding non-delivery by Blue Dart

The product is yet to be delivered. Since last 7 days the product is with the local delivery center. Without contacting me the delivery guy putting his own responses on the online portal of Blue Dart. While complaining the authorities through their portal they are just assuring that we are looking into the matter. But till date no response. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. As I am staying alone with my mother it is impossible for me to visit the courier office. BLUE DART WAYBILL NO: 69552563496

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
