Regarding non-delivery by

I had placed an order with on 5th of august for a 4seater dining table. The company had promised to deliver the order within 8 days. The order was shipped on time but has been lying with the courier company for over a week now since fabfurnish has not paid past dues of the courier company and the courier company is refusing to deliver the order.
I have already made numerous calls to the customer care number of fabfurnish and they’re refusing to give any clarity on the delivery. The company even asked me to pay for the octroi charges worth 2500/- to get delivery of the order (this wasn’t mentioned during the transaction).
Fed up with the agonising delay, i asked fabfurnish to cancel the order and arrange for the refund. Fabfurnish refused to cancel the order too. So now i’m not getting the delivery of the order i had placed nor the money that i had paid in advance for the product (Rs.27,000/-).
I had reached out to the co-founders of the company Axxxxxa Dxxxxxs and Axxxxxh Gxxxg. Both of them have ignored my messages and have chosen not to respond, clearing dodging the queries. Please help me file a legal complaint against the fraudulent and help me get my money back.
