I had ordered 3 shoes from online site The fashionchor. On delivery I received only 2 shoes and they were not the same product which I had ordered. I spoke to the Fasion chor team, but they are not taking any actions. After repeated calls and mails I am unable to get the refund of the order. They have also taken by my bank account details for refunding the money but there is no update on this as well. Please help
