I ordered one product from fhconline.com on 5th of july 2016 and the product is undelivered till date. The order number was 3998. The people at its customer care were also not giving proper information. They finally gave us the courier service (dtdc) number through which they sent the product but those people Nagpur Office and Ranchi office were more painful. They used to play with us by giving us wrong information and we kept on calling both fhconline.com and dtdc courier service for 15 days. It seemed they had lost the product and were fooling us. The courier details are attached herewith. We also dropped mails regarding the same to both fhconline.com and dtdc head office but all in vain.
We spent more than Rs. 1000 in following up with them but more than that it was a mental torture. From morning till evening we used to call these people and ask about our product. The product was really very urgent for me so i spoke to their complaint officer and requested him to send the Product to some other address. I had to face a lot of problem because of the delay and their poor service.
