Regarding non-delivery by Jabong

I have placed order on 9th july 2016 for a pair of shoes with order id-(160709632555829) which was received by me on 14th july..but the product delivered was different from the one i have actually ordered. i have placed exchange request on 15th july 2016 with order id (160715678378709)…till date no product is received. i am not able to contact with jabong customer care no. Call remain unanswered. i have wrote many time to jabong’s customer care and chief manager. but didn’t received a satisfactory mail from them..they just wrote (there will be a delay in the delievery of your product). Now i am not even allowed to cancel my order
