Regarding non-delivery by Snapdeal

I had orderd a lotto sandal on online company snapdeal on 12 aug. 2016 which is to deliverd b/w 18to 23 aug. but till date 24 aug. i have not recived my order i also contact to customer care of company 3 times they are not able to giving the correct location of my order . yesterday they said for more 1 days… today they said 3 more days. plz take suitable action against company.
