I ordered a t-shirt dress with streetstylestore.com on 23/08/2017 and I still haven’t received the order yet. I have raised queries with the sites multiple times and they have provided me with minimum information and excuses of sending on priority dispatch and I still haven’t got the products. I emailed them multiple times. I also mentioned that I won’t be there ( the address I provided and the place I stay for my studies i.e., pune) because of vacation and asked them to at least change the address. I was ignored or provided with little information. The whole point of online shopping is to shop without inconvenience, but all they have provided is inconvenience. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times and paid the money with card but they just don’t care.
