I had ordered a Handbag from voonik.com and paid for it online along with shipping charges but they have not delivered the bag as it was very important for me to get it delivered on time, when I raised the issue they said it will be resolved within 48 hours. And I will receive an update. Till now no response from Voonik.com. Caused me to call them atleast 5 times and no resolution provided.Close Voonik.com suspend their trade licence.
