Regarding non-delivery by Voonik

I had ordered four products from Voonik.com by using the Voonik app on 28.09.16 and got two products by now i.e. dt. 21.10.16. One of the product of the order ( order no. R3163949558) was a saree that was ordered for the then ensuing Dussera. The expected delivery date mentioned by Voonik was 11.10.16.

By 06.10.16 it was under process only. So I sent a reminder to them to speed up the process. I receved an assurance mail the same day that the product would be delivered by 11.10.16.

Till date the producthas not bren shipped. I mailed the customer care on 18.10.16 (ticket no 2074928) to which they assured me to address the issue within 48 hours. But till now, no progress.

As this was a prepaid order I have already paid the money and on receipt of no goods in return.

Another product of the same order was a saree which was displayed in maroon color. But I received an orange one. I have returned in by courier and sent them the scaned couriers bill to het the refund (ticket no. 2122419), but the wait is never ending.

Therefore I request you to do something for me if you can help.

    We are sorry for the trouble caused. We notice that the refund for the order- R3163959558 was initiated on Oct 22nd. Kindly request you to check in your Bank for refund details.
