I have ordered a Saree from Voonik app on 30 july and paid the amount for the same as an online payment. They assured to deliver the product on 9 august but they failed to that. When I called them on 13-8-16 they asked some time and said that ki within 4-5 days you will get your order. but again they failed and asked me to wait more on 17th my order was dispatched still they asked for 3-5 more days. Today is 22 when I did not get any information from them I called them but still the same answer, they wanted me to wait for another few days. Its completly mental harsment and making fool of customers. As they dont have any toll free number even its costing high on calling at their customer support number. I am very upset Please help me.
