I have purchased two laptops in diwali festival season from flipkart one in exchange and other one in special price, both the product have to deliver in two different address respectively different phone number both the product had not deliver to the respective address nor the executive called the buyer mobile number, without the consent of the buyer they have cancelled the order, the isusse is this they havent call once in both the buyers and cancelled the product in his own will .

From 27th October i started receving message from flipkart that deliver boy will reach at your place to deliver the product but no one appear to deliver till 4th of Novemember and on 4th night they message me that the product is cancelled without my knowing.

Both the products in diwali offer not it is not avaiable and flipkart is not helping in this issuse , when there is fault by there delivery team , why buyer should suffer ?
