Regarding non receipt of refund from GoIbibo

After cancelling my flight ticket, Goibibo confirmed me to refund of Rs.1476/- on 3rd July,2017. When I called them they told my refund will show next 5-7 working days. But they dont refund that money and harrase me so many times. I attach one of their mail which they send me on 17th July,2017. But they dont refund till now. So dear Sir/Madam, I will be highly obliged if you kindly help me regarding this problem and I want that they get punishment and pay me of my harrasements.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
