I have purchased oneplus 6 mobile from https://www.oneplus on 21st May 2018 and I have received it on 25th May 2018 at my home town, Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh. As soon as I bought the mobile I have got the voucher worth $20 in my account. But when I try to redeem it it says that the promo code is claimed already. When i contacted customer care several times,they keep on saying that in terms & conditions they said that while purchase mobile phone and related accessories at once they are going to offer this voucher and the voucher is redeemable.If that is the case while I try to redeem my voucher it should display the message that i am not eligible to this offer.But it says that the promo code is already claimed and it still the voucher is exists in my account. Hence I kindly request you to do the necessory action against the oneplusstore web site as I mentioned above.And do me a favour regarding the claim of my voucher.
