This is regarding my Order no-8306760098 of SNAPDEAL pink Kurta. My refund request is dated 10th sept 2015. Inspite of numerous phone calls and emails to the customer care and sending of bank account summary, my amount has not been refunded since september.

This unresponsive attitude of the company and its office holders has irritated and frustrated me a lot. My experience of shopping with SNAPDEAL has turned out to be my mistake which I shall never recommend to anyone. My product was of rs 460/- which the company has failed to return. What is disappointing more is the mental torture and harrassment caused to me.

  2. this is a fixed and ready made reply made by Snapdeal team for all queries..I have already written on the above mentioned email and has got no response.I shall like to suggest to Snapdeal to give proper reply with some actual work done in regard of my query and Not to try fooling me with this vague answer.

  4. The above mentioned reply was dated 30th Oct. I wish the Snapdeal team mentions a specific day and date by which my issue will be resolved otherwise my issue I know shall ever remain unresolved.
    I shop with other online companies too and within few days my refund is credited.
    The delay from snapdeal team is illogical and beyond my comprehension.

  5. Will the online snapdeal team be kind enough to reply to my query and inform the progress on my refund case? 3 months have already passed and no refund given by snapdeal. Reading complaints of other customers too I think Snapdeal is not in the practice of refunding ! I am totally disgruntled!
