I had booked a sedan cab on ola mobile app on 16/08/2015 at bhubaneswar. I was given confirmation on my booking that the cab will reach the booking address at right time. But at the neck of the moment i received a call from the driver of the cab that he will not be able to reach as he was far away from my location. When i contacted the customer care of ola cabs they assured me of giving a cab asap but that also went in vain as i got the same reply from the other driver. When i again contacted the customer service they just simply replied me to go for other alternative . I was supposed to catch a flight and at a neck of the moment they cancelled my booking without giving me any prior notification. How can they harass a customer like this.

  1. i have also similar experience.The last minute cancellation is very common in bhubaneswar.ola service in bhubaneswar is not at all dependable. call centre executives manage the service sitting in bangalore. they do not have any idea about standard of drivers in bhubaneswar. most of the drivers can not speak and understand any language otherthan oriya. it is better to avoid ola in bhubaneswar.
