We purchased self adhesive packets from Snapdeal. In Sept2016, they communicated that, all the materials to be changed against a new one. We have been contacting Snapdeal regarding this since long. Post 6 months suffering and business loss, they have finally come up with Resolution stating nothing can be done at their end. There are 2 employees involved in it. No one is listening to us.

We have 3 concerns…
(a). No exchange of Old packaging material (6.5″ X 6.5″ 64 pieces 11.5″ X 13.5″ 15 pieces 13.5″ X 16″ 77 pieces).
(b) Business shut-down (Hold) since Dec, because of this Dispute.
(c) Reversal of Order Cancellation fee because of Non-availability of “UNBOX ZINDEGI” packets.
Value written as 2500/- refers to only available junc materials and nothing else.
