I bought a Rayban Glass from GKB Opticals online. However on delivery i found out that, they have sent me a product with March 2012 as manufacturing date.

I asked for refund as the glass is 3 year old. After long fight they agreed but after deducting 150rs as transaction and courier charges.

Isn’t it ridiculous when someone asks you to pay for some fault which is not yours. Kindly take action against them. I have all mail conversations which will nail them.
