I had purchased a Oneplus Two device from Amazon.in on September 13, 2015. Device worked well for month or two then it started showing some issues like battery problem (battery goes direct 20% less after every reboot), very minor dots in front camera, yellowish display on whole screen and low clarity in rear camera. Then, it was first time I decided to submit the device to service center on February 16, 2016. My device was there for about two weeks and the issue was not solved at all. Every problem related to camera, front camera, screen was not solved.

So, I contacted Oneplus customer care and told them about them about this, they told me to submit the device to Oneplus Service Center, Gurgaon. I did as I was told submitted my device to a different service center of Oneplus. I collected my device after a week or so but the device still had those issues. So, I contacted Oneplus customer care on support[@]oneplus.net with comparison between both mine and my cousin’s device. They completely agreed that mine device had problem in camera and display being yellowish, they agreed that there is a issue and recommended me to submit the device again.

I submitted my device again in different service i.e Onplus service center in Nehru Place. The service center people agreed that problem still exists in the camera and display and I submitted the device, But after I collected the device form their the problem was not solved even this time. So, I called Oneplus customer care and told them to transfer the call to senior and the call was transferred to Mr. Sxxxxxh from Escalation team, I requested him for replacement he said he had to confirm this with his management and turned the call on hold then he confirmed that to submit the device again and if this time the repair will fail then they will replace the device. I confirmed with him about his wordings that they will replace if this time their repair will fail. He said that this is his gaurentee. I submitted the device on the same day and on the next day I called service center people they told me to collect device and they have replaced the motherboard of device. I checked the device and the problem was not solved even this time. And now on August, 2016 I submitted the device by confirming the replacement this time with Oneplus Customer Care. Mr. Pxxxxxxd told me to submit the device and he talked with Service Center people and then submitted the device and this time with complete accessories and box as I was told. After a week when I called customer care to ask about status of my device they told me that my deice is being repaired and if this repair didn’t work out then they will replace the device. Now, I am having only one month of warranty and for almost 3 months my device has been in the service center in all.

So, I submitted my device five times for same problem. And even Escalation team commited that they will replace, they are sending the device again with repair which had not worked for last four times,

So, I request you guys to replace my device.

I am attaching the current job sheet and bill of my device.
