Regarding order cancel and delay by myntra

My using myntra 1st order place 12feb..dilivery date is 18feb for my product..but they not diliverd..and after 2 days 20feb they cancle my order. 2nd order place again on 20th feb with full payment..and dilivery date is 25th feb..but again they not able to diliverd my product..they hold my money more then 10days..they didnot reply aur givien correct reson for all this happen
