I had placed an order with flipkart on 7th sep 2017 for a mobile phone (MOTO E4)worth Rs 9999. The payment was done through Net Banking . At that time the paymet status was successful from my side but their was no msg for order confirmation from flipkart . When I made query for the same Flipkart replied that there was rejected .I want to Bank (OLD AIRFIELD SRINAGAR)for a query and also made online complaint to SBI. The reply from SBI was that we have made a successful payment to flipkart. In whole the matter mentioned above there was no satisficatory reply from both side. By considering the whole matter do the needful. I shall be really very obeliged.
