I’d ordered shoes from an online website named ‘Voonik.com’ on 4th October. The order cost ?1581.00 I payed them through SBI netbanking facility. The payment was deducted succesfully but they did not placed my order. They didn’t sent any mail or any SMS for the confirmation of my order.

I tried calling their helpline services but they didn’t recieved calls and made me wait for 15 min. They even charged ?1/min for the calls and didn’t even took my call after 15 min of waiting. Then I tried calling SBI tollfree helpline. They said that there isn’t any such deduction to show on their system but according to my bank statement I could see a deduction of ?1581.00 on Oct 4th.

I request you to file a complain against Voonik.com and help me to get my money back along with the consideration amount. For more info I’am sending you the bank statement of my account as the proof.
