Mr. Soutik Das (email@example.com) of Kolkata had received Rs.1,000/- short against the cancellation refund of his air tickets booked through MakeMyTrip.com. He posted a complaint with ICF on 20-01-2010 and ICF pursued the same with MakeMyTrip.com. Mr. Das got back his refund on 25-01-2010.

Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same. Mr. Sharma posted his complaint with ICF on 12-08-2014 and finally got his claim settled by 04-09-2014.

Non-processing of order by Apollo Pharmacy Rs.999/- : Raja of Trichy, Tamilnadu (raja.5556[at]yahoo.co.in) ordered products with apollo pharmacy on 23st october 2013 (order no # AP18061) and paid Rs.999. However even after two weeks the order was not processed. He posted his complaint with ICF on 04-11-2013 and his issue was resolved on 05-11-2013.
Micromax Canvas service complaint – Rs.10,690/-: Mr Mayuresh Rashinker, Pune, Maharashtra was having issues with regard to servicing his Micromax Canvas 2.2 A114. The device was having problems even after changing the mother board and repeated services. The handle of the khadai was broken on delivery. She called the customer care of HS18 for replacement but they said the customer has to courier it back to HS18 otherwise they will not replace.
