I would like to bring to your kind notice about the kind of service provided by the online store Amazon.in .

I had made an online purchase for a Casio watch on 20/09/2014 through Amazon .in order No. 171-55116858588339, casio edifice tachymeter chronograph white dial men’s watch ef-539d-7avdf (ed370). Which should have been delivered by 29/09/2014 . However the same was not delivered and even after giving a call to their customer service executive and asking for my product they are not able to provide me the information as to what happened to the product that I had purchased. Some were rude and not helpful in their approach.

Is there any laws which can put a penalty charge on this company so that the customer does not have to suffer and that they deliver the product on the date as per their commitment. I have now waited for more than 11 days and still no news about the parcel .

I request you to please help me and charge this company so that no consumer has to suffer in future and that these companies keep their commitments.
