Regarding order with Club Factory

I ordered for a brown slim stand collar leather jacket(L), from the online website of Club Factory bearing the order number SO6099696. As the website doesn’t have any Cash on Delivery (COD) system, I need to pay the full amount of money by online transactions from my SBI debit card. As the website said my consignment was shipped through India Post (EQ948660452IN) , but I was unable to track the consignment, cause its not available according to the India Post. Hence I filled an Order Cancelation, though the website accepted it (Return ID: SON17110212561278747), but no improvement in this matter too. So, I request for an query regard tge matter and also claim for 2000 rupees for the harassment and trouble I faced, and oblige.

    Hi, I had placed an order on cash on deliery basis on 7th may 2018. I got a miss call fm club factory but i couldn’t attend. Now i m trying to get in touch with them but noone is picking up the call. Kindly help me to let me know the status of my order.

    Club Factory is not providing invoice, even after making full payment online.
