I tried to order a mobile from Amazon.in so all the transactions happened nicely and balance also debited from account but after debiting the balance the told that they haven’t received any money and told that transaction was failed and now my money didn’t got refunded so I contacted them and they told that to contact to bank and then I registered the complaint to the bank but after 3 days of transaction the mail came from Amazon n they said that money has been refunded to my account so now the problem is if they had the money then why didn’t they placed my order and why they delayed the payment for 3 days and this happened twice with me.
So I think they fooled me and kept my money n they might be fooling other like me
So I want to have a look into this matter and why they purposely lied
