Regarding Panasonic Smart Phone Eluga service delay

I have purchased brand new Panasonic smart phone Eluga Switch on 27th Feb.2016, with in 6 months phone automatically got switch off. I have given phone in Panasonic service center which is in Vashi Navi Mumbai. but no co-operative from them at all. Only one answer from them phone has been send to repair when it will come we will inform you. Panasonic help line no.is helpless always busy.
