Regarding payment made through ICICI bank

On 11th September, during online payment through debit cart to ICICI bank with transaction no 655385 for nios d.el.ed admission from my SBI account with account no 3xxxxxxxx6, payment is unsuccessful but amount is deducted from my account. Now ICICI bank said that there is no such transaction and sbi said that the transaction was successful. Please take necessary action to refund me.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
