Regarding poor broadband connection

I have installed a new net connection of you broad band with and AC no 1259192 on 5th sep 2015 and since then the connection was frequently disrupted and went dead since 5 days and even upon repeated requests to call center no one visited to rectify my complaint and these people are saying that if i disconnect the connection they will not refund my plan amount of 2000 rs which i have payed to them. please arrange for disconnection with refund as i have no hope that these people will respond to my complains and provide better service in future.
