Since 23rd August afternoon , around 1 pm , the Tata Docomo Broadband Connection has not been working . Since seeing this , I made two calls to the Customer Care Department , on which I was provided with a complaint no.549231563
and a technician mobile number , saying the problem would be resolved by next day morning . The following day , 24th August , the whole day , there was no internet connection , and once when i got the chance to call up one of the technicians , they told me , that the connection is fixed , and i should check it . Which I did ,but it was untrue , and after which i made several calls to the technicians , who did not once receive my call . And finally again , I made several complaints to the customer care , which as well was of no help , but resulted in time waste , loss of energy and harassment . Finally on 25th August afternoon around 2 pm , my internet returned . Most internet providing companies , fix their problems within 6 hours . Where as , every month I am facing this problem 4 5 times and i have many emails to their Customer Care to prove it . Neither am I ever being compensated for this during the billing period . I am having to pay for all 30/31 days of internet , where as it is often the internet is not there for 5 or 6 days atleast in a month .
This is harassment and unacceptable , and this has been consistently happening for over 2 years . Please note , that the internet is also used for work purpose and with the internet not being there for such long durations , it also causes me to lose money , work and client .
