Regarding poor customer support for Airtel Digital TV

I have Airtel Digital TV they obtructing my high definition service with out any reason and while i am complaining about it they are saying I can change my DTH connection or pay money to continue service with airtel with out any reason i have paid monthly full payment for High definition channel pack still pathetic service. customer id 3000866908
