Regarding poor customer support from Eureka Forbes

I had purchased an aquasure product through the offical company website leaving dicsounts on flipkart etc. The company executive who had come to install the product mentioned that there is a defect in the water level switch and tried to rectify the same at the time of installation. However given that the product is new I was sceptic about the service engineer rectifying the problem. The service engineer could not rectify the problem. I have been chasing the company for replacement of the faulty product for the last 3 days. But in vain. Now I have ordered a kent product and following up for refund with eureka forbes again without any reaponse from the company.
