Regarding poor customer support from Videocon

My Refrigerator stopped working after 1 years. Called the customer care and placed service request Complaint# THA0207160258, The technician quoted Rs.3700 for the gas filling. Even after paying the amount the issue not fixed. Then they service center said i have replace the fan inside the refrigerator New complaint# THA1407160781. Charged Rs.1100 for same and still the issue not fixed.

A total of Rs. 4700 has been collected for the issue and now they are not sending any technician to fix the issue or answering the call.

Called the service center on 02260601756.

But nobody is taking the responsibility to solve the issue and all are silent after collecting the amount. The first complaint was registered on 28th Jun 2016 and till today the issue is not resolved.

The last thing the service center manager said was we will come when we have time. Please help me to get my issue resolved and also the Videocon should know how these centers are doing their job.
