I am using MTS datacard for the past 6 months and For the past one week i am facing speed issues and the speed is very low even in midnight and ealry morning. The speed goes to a level of 200 kbps for download and 100 kbps for upload. I raised complaints at MTS customer care but no resolution has been provided yet. The worst part is they closed the complaint without even contacting me and resolve the issue. This is very pathetic and i am really upset with their service. Please take necessary actions against MTS in order to resolve this issue.
