Regarding poor post-sales service from Myntra

I bought 3 products from Myntra in December 2018. As the products didn’t suit me I immediately filed a return request. But no one came to pick up the products. I filed the request again but it was futile. I have called customer care atleast 7-8 times and placed the return request also for 7-8 times. No one came to pick up the products, also customer care was of no use.
Now 1 month time is over and I can’t place a return request niether did anyone come to pick up nor did I get my refund.
Myntra is making fool of us. Even customer care doesn’t help.
