I have bought a jockey muscle tee (product code – 9930) from a jockey show room, all colours, raghuleela shopping mall, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

On the first use of the product the stitching is opened and now the product is not in a condition to use again.

When called the customer care (complain no – SR20152379), they told to courier the product to Bangalore office and the courier cost will be bear by the customer. As the quality issue is from jockey India, then why I should bear the courier expenses to return the product?
