After online purchase, when received order of Micromax monitor (MM185MH65) from Shopclue, we were unhappy to see that the finishing of the product was not proper and also it was unclean. When it is attached to the PC, shocked to see many vertical lines on the screen. This issue of vertical lines on the screen was confirmed when the monitor was attached to Laptop. Immediately on the same day of receipt (12th Oct 16), replacement/return request was launched on the Shopclue site. Shopclue took two days to just confirm the receipt acknowledgement of the product. Regarding replacement/return, received email stating that they are working on the request and will receive the intimation in next three days. I received the return request rejection notice today (16/10/16) without mentioning of any reason for it. Regarding this, no email or sms or call received for this (it was displayed in my account info on Shopclue site only). When called shopclue, they have just gave Micromax service center no. and address. Now, customer has to call and take the faulty product to the center. Request for installation or service visit was also denied by ShopClue.
