Regarding poor service from carzonrent

I booked a cab with Booking ID 6637797. This booking was for 12/10/2015 for 11:30 AM. I had some very urgent work and found that “carzonrent” was a trusted service. I was really wrong on this. The cab was booked 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time and I received a confirmation. I called their service 10:30 AM on 12/10/2015 and I was told that the cab was confirmed.

At 11:30 AM, the scheduled pickup time, I received a call from the service that they did not have any cabs. Wow! As I tried to reason with their customer service agent, he kept the phone down. Wow again!

Why should anyone trust this crappy service and what if I had a flight or train?

I had to change my program at the last minute because of poor service by a poor company.
