I am a hathway customer. It started in the month of september after a back end updation of their systems I had stopped getting internet for almost an entire month and after spending 300 rs calling their customer care over and over again the customer care representative promised there would be an extension given to my account for their mistake, and I did insist the representative to send me a mail regarding the same and after agreeing to do so, no mail had been sent and they said there was some back end issue and the extension would be provided after I renew my account. they fell short of their word again. in this month of october they had decided to launch a new log in page and after several attempts of trying to log in, I just realized I couldn’t even use the internet I had paid for. Again the entire charade of calling their customer care and spending over 120 Rs holding in line just so the manager named Rxxxxi could cut the call.

Finally they promise to fix the issue within 24 hours..all I can say is I placed the complaint on the 21 of october at 7 in the morning and the date today is the 23 at 8 in the night and I still do not have internet, to add the fact that they suggest that I’ve used my entire download limit at the time when I didnt even have internet is just appalling. The claim includes the call charges to customer care.

I’ve called your customer care 63 times up until now and It’s been 230 hours since I’ve last had internet and each time I’ve been calling your customer care they keep saying the issue would be rectified in another 24 hours.I would sincerely appreciate a refund and the extra I had spend on calling your customer care repeatedly,cause it really does seem as the issue isn’t fixable.

It’s been 254 hours today with no internet and your back end team personnel got back to me today saying that they would send an engineer to my location and I have wasted literallly half my Sunday just for no one to turn up,and if that isn’t bad enough I get a message saying that my download limit is up..I don’t understand how that’s possible when I don’t even have internet in the first place..all I want to know now is when can I get my money back!
