Regarding poor service from Tikona

I have taken the connection of wi-fi from Tikona Broad-Band in the month of august,2017. The service of wi-fi is very miserable. i have complained many times on their helpline number 1121558880 but for a small period of time the problem solved. The connection is not working a single day smoothly. My many works left behind due to this problem. I have to loose my marks for the project in college due to this problem. I have paid full amount for 3 months in advance.They neither accept my request to return my money.
