Regarding poor service support from Sony for LED TV

We purchased our Sony LED TV in May 2016.

Model Name: KDL – 50W800D
Product 8D No: 18745401
Serial No. 8505596
Date of Purchase: May 09, 2016

Complaint:

1. Display is not working, showing Red and Blue patches all the time.
2. TV not viewable from the time we purchased the TV

Series of Complaints raised:

1. We’ve been raising this complaint from day one.
2. All the complain numbers raised – 34474361,
Latest Complaint Number: 035555233

3. Technician visited our place and told the board is defective, cable defective
4. Also raised a complaint with the dealer – Ezone
5. I’ve called up Sony customer care and the technicians at least 30 times.

I would like to formally raise a complaint agaisnt Sony for their defective product and worst customer service

Kindly do the needful.
