Hi, I would like to register my grievance against to the Transline Packers (Site Name: translinepackers.com) service which i took Bangalore to Satna(M.P).
At the time of picking goods, I was assured that there will not be any damage during transitand i also paid for insurance amount. Now once the goods reached destinations, there were multiple damage and some are very costly ones. For eg. microwave gate is completely broken, We informed the same to the concern person at bangalore and he asked for pictures and evidence. We shared the same with him over whatsapp. He initially told if we do something and will give call on evening and if cant he will pay amount which is quoted by samsung service center(rs-5000) for repair but till evening when i didn’t get receive any call than i called him but his response was totly change he was behaving so rude and told he he didn’t say anything like this , we are not responsible for glass item and you have to take insurance. when i said i already i have paid for insurance then he cut the phone. Than i did 2 message to company email id and many calls but nobody is picking call and giving and response. Now 1 week over but issue is same.Also the person who came to deliver the goods at satna informed at the time of delivery that your microwave is broken. Its really disappointing .
