Regarding power bank from book my offer

I’ve have ordered Samsung Power Bank with Led lights 16800 mAh Offer value Rs. 299/- + Shipping Cost 199/- + COD charge 50/- = total cost Rs. 548/- on 26/07/2016 at 11.31 am from bearing order no. 080467784227066. I received my parcel on 30/07/2016 through Ecom Express, the bookmyoffer delivered MI Power Bank 20800 mAh.
I was not home when the Power Bank arrived, my small brother accepted the parcel , he didn’t know which power bank I had ordered so he accepted the MI power bank.

But when in evening I checked the power bank, first thing I noticed was that I had received MI Power Bank instead of Samsung Power Bank. I was satisfied with whatsoever power bank they delivered but subject to proper working of power bank. Next thing I noticed that the power bank is not working, so I plugged it for charging for 2-3 hours. Later on when I again checked I found that the power bank is only showing light on while charging but it is not charging the power bank nor the power bank charging the mobiles even I tried various mobiles and various wires for charging

I first mailed to bookmyoffer on 02/08/2016, there reply was “please share your concern in detail with us”. In mean time I called on their customer care number 8010001133 many times and received their reply that, ” please share your concern on mail”. Then I again mailed them in detail my concern, I received there mail on 03/08/2016 stating that, “your product replacement will take 8-10 days” so I waited. On 12/08/2016 I again called them regarding my concern, they replied “on 16/08/2016 or 17/08/2016 you will receive the product replacement”. But till now I have not received the product replacement. Please solve the problem I am currently facing. I am also sending photos.
