Regarding product from Amazon vendor

Sir I purchased a pair of converse unisex sneakers white from Amazon, they are little short to my feet so I raise a exchange request after that for first three days they(amazon representatives) gave me false assurance about return and pick up and thn I self returned those shoes for exchange after that they are issued me refund for those shoes which I don’t want to accept now they are denying to provide shoes for size that I had requested and saying we can only refund your amount.
