Regarding product from happydeal18.com

I ordered two items at happydeal18.com on 15/10/2017. I received items on 22/10/2017 after opening the package i come to confirmation that one item having quality issue and another item received other than i ordered. I made return request bt i dont get any reply. I also sent mail to happydeal18 care but not get response from them.
